As this is an artistic process that involves time, care, quality and precision, the amount of time between the date of the order placed and the product delivery date, may vary.

Lusso Fine Art ensures full coverage for all shipments - should the quality of the item be affected during transit from the production facility to the address listed on your order, we will replace your item or arrange for repairs, where applicable.

Coverage is not provided to an item that has been transported from the original delivery destination.

Production of Lusso’s Limited and Open Edition Fine Art pieces begins immediately after purchase, and shipment will occur as soon as possible after production is complete. As a result, the work(s) cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded at any time.

When your order is placed, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you. Once the order has shipped, we will email you the tracking number.

• Colletori (limited) Edition are a pre-determined number of prints that are produced for each photograph. Once sold out, there will never be another reprint. Each print is signed and numbered by Lusso and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
